Weekly clinics are available and run by our practice nurses with special interest and training in this area.
Blood Pressure Service
Any of our practice nurses are able to offer this service. Please make an appointment via reception on 01924 334400, option 1 between 08:30 and 18:00.
The Practice is involved in the local three year recall system. If you have any doubts please ask the practice nurse or your GP for further details.

A weekly clinic is run to ensure patients of the Practice, who have diabetes, receive the necessary follow up care.
National Diabetes Audit
The National Diabetes Audit (NDA) is the one of the largest annual clinical audits in the world, integrating data from both primary and secondary care sources, making it the most comprehensive audit of its kind. This Practice participates in the audit.

Family Planning Clinic
Several family planning clinics operate within the Practice. When booking your appointment please specify that it is a family planning appointment you require, the reception staff can then assist to obtain the best access possible.
- Children: We recommend that you protect your child by immunisation. Only rarely, and in special circumstances, should immunisation be omitted. The practice nurse or health visitor will be please to advise you.
- Adults: Some immunisations, like tetanus and polio, need repeating from time to time. If in doubt please contact our practice nurse.

Long Term Conditions
The Practice offers nurse led clinic appointments to all patients with a long term condition such as diabetes, cardiac problems or respiratory problems.
On-going monitoring of the condition, to prevent complications, is very important and these appointments are an opportunity for patients to learn about, and understand, their condition. Patients are also offered a personal management plan to assist in their care.
All Partners are able to provide this service. Appointments are made in special clinics following discussion with the doctor.
New Patient Health Checks
All newly registered patients are requested to attend the surgery to see our healthcare assistant to enable details of medical history to be taken as medical records are not readily available.
Referral to this service is made through your doctor. Your appointment is then arranged directly.
