Test Results

test_vials2If your doctor sends you to the hospital or requests our Practice Nurse to undertake investigations he/she will usually outline the action to be taken to obtain the result.

If your doctor asks you to telephone the surgery in order to receive the results of your tests, please call 01924 334400, option 4, between 1.30pm and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Practice we are conscious of providing a quality service to all our patients. We have had to address the issue of telephoning during peak times which is why the above was initiated to allow patients to obtain access to the services and make urgent appointments, etc. in the mornings.

PLEASE NOTE: we have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release, or if they are not capable of understanding them.

For more information on laboratory tests please visit the Lab Tests Online UK website.
